His background includes preclinical development of therapeutic and vaccine candidates, along with hands-on experience developing and improving research workflows, technical documentation, and training materials. He has also translated complex scientific and technical concepts into practical educational resources, taught and mentored students at Arizona State University, and helped lead biotechnology entrepreneurship programs through Nucleate Arizona, including founder programming, workshops, and community events.
At CEI, Joshua focuses on building practical, scalable systems that help founders turn goals into action. His work includes developing modular founder education, structuring client programs and workflows, and creating tools and resources that help companies identify priorities, complete key deliverables, track progress, and make informed decisions. He is particularly interested in supporting biotechnology, medical technology, and other science-driven ventures as they translate technical innovation into viable companies.
