Jeff Saville has spent over 15 years helping hundreds of startups turn ideas into thriving businesses. As a founder and mentor, he’s built companies and guided entrepreneurs through every growth phase — from first concept to successful launch. His career has always centered on one belief: that entrepreneurship can transform communities when innovation and purpose work hand in hand.

As CEI’s founding Executive Director, Jeff helped shape the incubator’s original foundation of mentorship, accountability, and community. Now returning to lead CEI into its next evolution, he’s focused on integrating new tools — including the thoughtful use of AI — to help companies build faster, operate more efficiently, and make smarter decisions. Under his leadership, CEI creates a collaborative environment where founders have the guidance, data, and resources to move from idea to impact faster and more confidently.

Jeff’s approach is hands-on and keeps the founders at the center. He believes in challenging founders to think bigger while giving them the structure and support they need to succeed.
